• Accessing the Provider's Database.
• Validating the Providers History for Eligibility in terms of Name, Age, Dollar Limit, Lifetime Maximum, and other specific Benefits with respect to the Plan the provider has chosen processes received by the Customer.
• If all details are correct & perfect then Approve the provider to tie up with Cigna Health insurance.
• If any discrepancies are found in the provider data then reject with the appropriate reasons and send it back to the related team.
