Job Description;
Executive HR -Corporate Employee Welfare
· Tata Consultancy Services, Mumbai, Maharashtra
· Receives notification of resignation or retirement, termination notice.
· Sends acceptance of resignation or retirement letter to the separating employee help exit interview and collect commonwealth property.
· Ensures all absences and attendances are correctly entered and approved.
· Generates and sends or hand delivers separation letter/Files separation letter.
· Ensures all absences and attendances are correctly entered and approved and consults with other approvers.
· Completes Deputy Secretary for Human Resources and Management condolence letter, providing,assistance and direction on benefits and requesting required documentation to release monies owed to the estate and mails to survivor
· Provides support to separated employees for questions and refers to the HR office when necessary.
· Achieved regulatory compliance with no adverse audit findings for facilities, documentation compliance or safety.
· Handling employees’ queries on separation.
· Guiding employees to fill retrials documents like PF, Pension and Superannuation forms.
· Closing put-up (initiation of full and final settlements). Preparing different reports on monthly basis using tools like V-lookup and pivot table.
· Prepared variety of different written communications, reports, and documents to ensure smooth operations.
