The role involved managing entire employee life cycle - Onboarding till exit, HRMS & reporting, operations, Payroll, query resolution, employee grievances, personal Records & Compliance and medical insurance for Gurgaon employee headcount of 150+

Started as a Fresher in HR Internship role and absorbed in permanent role after first 6 months.

Role encompassed managing employee personal records, supporting location HR lead in day to day HR operations matters, MIS, onboarding, initial screening of the candidates and employee engagement.
