• Worked with Development team to Modify and Improve Implementation of Support Team Intranet Sites - ADIT 2.0 , I2C Activity Tracker, CodeMapping etc multiple Dashboard (http://adorders.caltimes.com/).
• Reviewed and implemented solutions for bugs and enhancements within software.
• Documented system configuration, mapping and processes.
