Application/System: Emptoris, SAP Ariba & PeopleSoft

• Played a key role in facilitating the transition process of sourcing system from Emptoris to SAP Ariba by conducting thorough testing of legacy records alongside transitioned records.
• Developed regression test scripts to validate each field and module manually, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the transition process.
• Executed the testing procedures to identify and address any discrepancies or inconsistencies, maintaining data integrity and system reliability.

Application/System: STORM [System for Third Party Operational Risk Management]

• Executed bulk imports for critical data requested by internal stakeholders, including hierarchies, oversight team roles, due dates, properties, objects, control executives and workflow changes within the STORM application.
• Developed import templates to streamline data import processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Customized reports within the STORM tool to extract master data and facilitate tailored sorting based on specific requirements.
• Led Data Integrity project as part of RCSA controls, focusing on identifying missing data in third-party and engagement records within the STORM application.
• Developed and implemented a Data Remediation Plan to address identified roadblocks, conducting root cause analysis to establish long-term solutions for enhanced data integrity.
• Created JIRA User stories for new enhancements and import task tickets for data imports.
