• Worked for Continuum Managed Solutions on Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software as a NOC Tech Support Engineer for the Preventive and Maintenance Team.
• Providing solutions to Managed Service Providers' 'Endpoints' based globally from our network operation center, working on Servers mainly small business server and also on Hyper-V hosts; VMware basic.
• Resolving the issues which are encountered on servers by the RMM agent and we are notified of the issue through Alerts or tickets and chats.
• Taking care of all the issues which are related to Microsoft Windows Updates and Antiviruses. Installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft windows updates and third party patches on Windows Servers 2003, 2008 and 2012. Also installation of service packs, critical and security updates and third party application (software) updates on the server from time to time.
• Troubleshooting on the RMM agent generated alerts; tickets which we receive when there is an issue on the servers. Handling Level 1 Escalations of patching activity.
• Taking the responsibility of Client queries over chats as well and ensures that the tickets raised are closed as per SLA.
• Troubleshoot on the Tickets, Alerts and Chats for Patch Management and Antivirus for Windows OS 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2.
• Whereas, Patch Management includes four Category: (PAF, PDF, PADNR, PADNRW) Antivirus includes two category: (AVNS, AVNI).
• PAF- Patch Assessment failure, PDF- Patch deployment failure, PADNR- Patch assessment data not received, PADRW- Patch assessment data not received for week.
• AVNS- Antivirus Not Synchronized, AVNI - Antivirus not installed.
