✈️ Defense Project – Mirage (VR-Based Aircraft Inspection)

• After the promotion to Quality Analyst, I took on a dual role involving both QA testing and Unity UI development.
• Designed and implemented interactive UI elements within Unity to enhance usability and functionality in the VR inspection workflow.

🚀 Pixy-Like 3D Interaction Software – QA Role (Unity Editor and VR)

• Worked as the primary QA Analyst for a Unity-based internal tool replicating the core functionalities of Pixy, designed for interaction with large and complex 3D models.
• Tested and validated advanced features across both the Unity Editor and VR runtime using the Vive Vision Pro device.
• Verified functionality, stability, and performance for key interactive modules, including: Skybox Manager, Highlight Manager, Comment Tool, Material Extractor, PDF Viewer, Transform Tool, Bounding Box, Explode View, Cut Section Measurement Tool, Primitive Shapes, Constraints System, Scaling Features, Custom 360° Environment Viewer, and scene-level environment switching.
• Ensured accurate behavior of all tools in various VR interactions, such as grab, scale, rotate, and sectioning, through intuitive controllers.
• Performed regression testing, functional testing, and VR usability testing to guarantee consistency across large models and high-polygon scenes.
• Collaborated with Unity developers and product leads to align feature expectations with real-world testing scenarios.
• Logged issues via Azure, validated resolutions, and contributed to build sign-off reports for internal releases.

🌐 DAXR Web Platform – QA Role (Client Dashboard for Training and Subscription)

• Contributed as a Quality Analyst on DAXR, an in-house developed web application designed as a client dashboard for managing training programs, assessments, feedback, and subscriptions.
• Tested end-to-end workflows across the platform, including: training and assessment data management, feedback submission and review flows, subscription tracking and validation, and email trigger events (login, subscription confirmation, renewal alerts).
• Verified business logic for complex scenarios, such as extra point allocation, user-level access, and data integrity across client accounts.
• Conducted functional testing, UI validation, and form behavior testing across multiple browsers and device types.
• Ensured the stability of email workflows using test accounts and mail triggers for different subscription tiers.
• Logged bugs via JIRA, collaborated with frontend and backend developers, and participated in sprint-level reviews for release planning.

• Worked on over 20 safety-critical projects, including fire safety, work at height, and confined space monitoring systems.
• Designed and executed detailed test cases and test plans, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards.

✈️ Defense Project – Mirage (VR-Based Aircraft Inspection)

• Tested a Virtual Reality (VR) system for daily aircraft inspection, component identification, removal, and installation training on Mirage jets for the Indian Air Force.
• Authored the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) for daily aircraft inspection, officially approved by 10 TETTRA School (IAF).
• Validated all VR interactions, checklist flows, and simulation accuracy against real inspection protocols.
• Prepared critical documents, including the Test Plan, Version Design Document (VDD), and Checksum Document.
• Demonstrated the application to Air Force officials, and maintained strict confidentiality due to the classified nature of the project.

🚁 Defense Project – Chetak and Chetah Helicopter Simulator (6-DOF Platform)

• Participated in testing a 6-DOF motion simulator for Chetak and Chetah helicopter training, used by the Indian Air Force.
• Conducted system-level testing for realistic flight scenarios, including takeoff, navigation, and emergency drills.
• Validated joystick, pedal, and control dashboard behaviors under different physical and software-driven inputs.
• Contributed to defense-grade documentation, and maintained compliance with security standards.

⚙️ Hardware Testing Projects.

• Performed end-to-end hardware testing for simulation platforms, including industrial cranes and car driving simulators.
• Validated real-time control responses, sensor accuracy, steering behavior, and pedal sensitivity in vehicle simulation environments.
• Tested immersive training applications using Oculus, Meta Quest, and Vive Vision Pro, focusing on spatial accuracy, latency, and device integration.
• Collaborated with embedded and hardware engineering teams to triage hardware/software integration issues.
• Ensured complete functional testing of device-level components in high-precision simulation and training systems.

🌐 Web Application Testing – Titan Auditing Platform.

• Performed end-to-end functional and regression testing on the Titan Auditing Website, a platform designed to manage internal audits, compliance workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Designed test cases and test scenarios for modules such as user management, audit scheduling, document uploads, report generation, and permission roles.
• Conducted cross-browser and responsive testing to ensure a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.
• Logged, tracked, and verified bugs using Azure, and collaborated closely with developers to verify fixes.
• Performed data validation and form submission checks, ensuring input constraints, mandatory field behavior, and UI validation were functioning as intended.
• Ensured full coverage of negative test scenarios, improving the platform’s resilience to user error, and edge cases.
