• Analyze the project scope of formwork and coordinate to choose an effective formwork system for the project.
• Organizing mockups to get consultant approval, along with design calculations.
• Mobilization and demobilization of formwork materials for effective utilization.
• Formwork budget preparation and monitoring to ensure cost and quality efficiency.
• Screening the workers to identify their skills to deploy in the right place to get better productivity.
• Cost analysis to work out a pricing strategy for the subcontractors for the formwork operation.
• Approve to load the concrete after checking the system schemes implementation

• Overall, responsible for all construction activities to execute as per plan.
• Workforce allotments, materials mobilization, quality check, quantity survey, as well as billings.

Apart from November 1999 to March 2002, I worked in various organizations as per the list below.

1) Gillanders Aurbothn & Co - Waterproofing and mass grouting expert (worked in Spencer Plaza 3rd phase in Chennai as an Execution Engineer for all kinds of waterproofing work).

2) CCC Builders Merchant Pvt. Ltd.

Responsible as a Factory In-Charge for the manufacturing of cement pavement solid blocks in Chennai, and laying them in Chennai Port Trust and Container Corporation of India stockyards, where they used pavement blocks as flooring.

3) Vasudha Construction.

I worked in the Saint Gobain factory construction in Sriperumbudur for the French company CTP (Company Technify Petroleum), where I laid fire-resistant blocks in the furnace float area. I worked as a surveyor to level those blocks.
