Stories and Backlog Management:

• Stock and groom the product backlog, maintaining a well-organized list of user stories.
• Establish user stories that represent the overall scope of the project.
• Prioritize user stories based on business value and project goals.
• Split epics into smaller, actionable user stories.
• Ensure the backlog remains manageable and aligned with project objectives.
• Have In Depth Knowledge of Financial Products and frameworks.
• Have experience handling Aerospace industry project implementation.

• Preparation of customer profiling sheet for processing Asset products such as Working Capital , Capex requirements & Identifying cross sell opportunities like Insurance, CA, SA, FD, TFx etc
• Co-ordination with credit for CAM approval, Deferral waiver/Extension other requirements like TOD, renewals, Enhancements etc
• Have specialization in pitching gamut of trade products with asset combination like WCDL, PCFC, IMPORT Finance, Suppliers Credit etc
• Work with the Risk & CAD team to ensure the flow of Disbursement and credit hygiene matters
• Stressed accounts/Exit account management, Follow- up and regularization of TOD
• Developing and Maintaining Channel Relationships with Branches, Digital Channels & Preparing strategies to get desired results.

• Processing trade requests
• Generating revenue through trade products such as Exchange commission And assets backed trade lending like PCFC, Suppliers Credit
• Competent in handling most complex trade transactions & inclusive in arriving in conclusion in making structure deals
• Ensure regulatory issues like BOE's, GR forms will be identified, tracked and resolved in timely manner
• Had instrumental in providing hedging solutions for the trade clients such as forwards etc.
