Managing all incoming journals into clients account from different delivering firms.
Responsible for assets transferring services - Transfer all
client’s accounts / assets to the respective form of transfer: Internal queues like - Incoming ACAT’s, Incoming PTF, Mutual Fund Transfer, DRS. along with external queues like Projected ACAT, Settlement Report and Cash match.
Verification of assets details like CUSIP number of incoming securities, market value, price, Net value of the incoming fund, unrealized gain/loss, cash & cash equivalent of the funds
Contacting with advisor for invalid selection in transfer
request, missing statements, missing fund details etc.
With respect to controls- performing daily, Weekly &
Monthly reconciliation for client portfolio, exclusively on high net worth client.
Break prioritization considering high Basis point impact on
Accounts.
Research on recon breaks and identify the root cause of the breaks and notify to advisor / accounting on the corrective measures.
Exposure on all types of IRA (US Retirement and Non retirement) and Qualified plans like 401k, 403b, 457.
Responsible for assigning tasks also work on the respective SLA driven tasks and getting the work done smoothly within the respective turnaround time.
Training, Internal QA, Audit, Knowledge Transfer and SOP
updating on time manner.
