  • Responsible for day-to-day planning and execution of all site works involved to the project with safety.
  • Ensure the location complies with the relevant occupational and safety legislation and the respective client’s safety requirements.
  • Manage and supervise the organization, pep talk, specific craft wise HSE training and PTW program of Employees.
  • Perform a variety of routine & complex administrative, technical & professional work in analyzing and administering various components of Industrial Safety.
  • Design, develop & conduct Safety training program e.g.-Safety induction, PEP talk, In house safety training, Job specific training, Awareness Programs, etc.
  • Preparation & implementation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly activity Plan – Safety Job Planner, Project action plan, Emergency plan etc.
  • Responsible for the inspection of Lifting Tools and Tackles to be used for critical and heavy lifting. Enforcing existing safety system such as risk assessment, Pre-work briefing for each activity and record keeping.
  • Skillfully checking the hygienic conditions at the work place, Inspection of Fire Extinguishers and record keeping.
  • Coordinate & conduct Assessment surveys such as Job Safety Analysis, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment etc.
  • Analyze workforce incident & injuries to determine were process changes communication or training needs improvement. Develop & manage reports for company management.
  • Develop OCPs, SMP/SOPs & maintain environmental, health & safety policies & program.
  • Documentation according to OSHAS.
  • Evaluate hazardous condition and recommend engineering and administrative control.
  • Site monitoring, Checklist based safety inspection, Conduct weekly and Monthly Safety Audits.
  • Conduct regular site checks and takes appropriate corrective actions.
