As a Senior Analyst, I was handeling the client discussion about project requirements and dealing with the complete testing lifecycle of the project.

Toyota’s CRM deals with the Field Service module of Microsoft CRM, where testing is concentrated on Field Services capabilities includes the work order process.

I was working as a functional Consultant and handling all the Field Services operations testing of Dynamics CRM 365. Also performing Field Service mobile application testing.
