Responsibilities Includes:

• Travelling to client's site across different cities within India to understand the requirement, presenting the proposal/solution, etc
• Leading team of 12-14 engineers (includes CAD designers and Simulation engineers)
• Driving the project end to end working with different departments internally
• End to End BIW Weld assembly such as - Underbody, Body side, Closures, Framer, Long/Rear Mbr, coss Mbr, Cowl, Sunroof, Sidesill, etc
• Handling of different projects simultaneously at any given point
• Attending to different ceremonies with Client stakeholders - Kick off meetings, DAP, Buy off, different review, etc
• Effort Estimation & negotiation with the customer / supplier for 2D & 3D activity
• Final verification of 2d Drawings & 3d
• Planning schedules and delegating assignments to meet coverage and service demands.
• Expertise in building low cost weld line design
• Exposure to different Mig weld lines preferably asm like Axle ,BUS Frames, CCB etc
• Exposure to Toe & Camber tolerance meet design

Worked in COMAU France (Paris) as onsite lead for execution of the Renault x80 project.

Engaged with leading industry players - Fiat, Renault, Maruti, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata motors, JLR, etc for different projects

Responsibilities Includes:

• Design different area of BIW Panels like Under body, Bodyside, Closures,Framer, Metal finish line
• Gained knowledge working on door sash laser welding line
• Design different Tools as per Line requirement such as Trunion, Trolleys, Fixtures, Framer etc
• Process Planning activity as per Line/Cell requirement
• Conducting review meetings with customer stakeholders
• Preparation of Buy-off Documents like spot study, cycle time, panel build etc
• Reviewing 2d & 3d drawings
• Gained expertise in commissioning of assembly lines for different customers like Tata, Fiat, Maruti, etc.
• Addressing design challenges and evaluating alternative design models to meet project requirements.

• Responsible to design the fixture for dry air and helium leak testing of various component. Designed fixtures & different types of components for Automobile & various industries
• Responsible to design & draft machine parts with GD&T.
• Responsible to design fixtures for tata radiators. Gained good hands on pro-e solid, surfacing, sheet metal and gd&t. Applied spring calculation in various fixture successfully,have good knowledge about gd&t.

• Leant and assisted designing using pro e & catia v5.

• Worked in the CNC cell of automobile components
• Responsible for turning, Milling, Drilling, Boring, Counter Boring, Tapping, End-milling
• Different machines/tools used: Turning M/C, Milling M/C (DOOSAN, ARGO, AMS, and HARTFORD).
