- The process typically involves submitting mechanical completion packages, checklists, and punch lists (Format 3/4) to EIL/HRRL to confirm completion and facilitate the handover for commissioning.
- Tata Projects Limited (TPL) achieved mechanical completion (MC) for the 2.4 MMTPA delayed coker unit (DCU) and 164 TPD LPG treating unit at the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) project.
- Involved Parties: Tata Projects (EPC Contractor), Engineers India Limited (EIL - Project Management Consultant), and Aker Solutions (Detailed Engineering Contractor) worked on the DCU.
