Key Responsibilities include:

• Performing testing of audit controls and recommending corrective actions to resolve non-compliance and ensure timely execution of reviews and where necessary suggest appropriate mitigations which can be put in place
• Identifying process gaps and accordingly provide recommendation in areas requiring improvement based on the client's business process
• Introducing process improvement, automation, optimize timelines and quality of outcome
  once the outsourced managed model has been stabilized
• Preparing multiples deliverables in the form of decks, flowcharts, working model & excel
  templates for standardizing the day-to-day operations for the managed services model
• Collaborated with the People’s Team to organize and conduct team events, fostering a positive and engaging work environment that enhances team morale and satisfaction beyond daily responsibilities
• Providing key insights to the stakeholders on their status of business by performing peer to peer audits, creating detailed work reports and PowerBi dashboards
• Received the Exceptional Client Service Award for outstanding performance and excellence in my team, recognized by our onshore partners.
