Lead Portfolio PMO for strategic Front-to-Back (F2B) transformation initiatives across Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) Operations, overseeing governance, investment management, financial control, and delivery for a portfolio of 120+ resources. Partner with Managing Directors, Executive Sponsors, and senior stakeholders to drive strategic execution, investment governance, and business value realization.

• Lead portfolio and Investment Governance across strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring investment proposals, funding decisions, benefits realization, and delivery remain aligned with business strategy and governance standards.
