Domain Knowledge: Insurance Domain (TU where individual account details are stored and credit scores are tracked and given back to banking sector at the time of Loan enquiry)

• Have knowledge in analyzing the requirements, writing test case, RTM preparation and uploading test cases in ALM, test execution, defect life cycle and preparing the daily status report for clients.
• Have hands on experience in functional testing and regression testing.
• Supported the team in completing the sprint activities on time.
• Have attended daily scrum meeting and retrospective meeting.

Domain Knowledge: Logistics (Worked on CRSV and JTRACK Application, where shipments are tracked based on product codes and shipment rates are calculated)

• Have hands on experience in User Acceptance Testing, analyzing the requirement, test plan, test case writing, test execution and defect life cycle.
• Updating of results in QC using Test Optimization Tool (TOP).
• Designing Test scenarios by analyzing the Business requirements and Preparation of Test Cases, Test Data.
• Determined priority of bugs and worked closely with the development team to help identify root cause of and resolution of defects resulting in delivering a bug free product.
• Provided support during production deployments, maintenance windows and emergency production release issue investigations as required.

Domain Knowledge: Banking Domain (AMEX - validated client transaction details through batch processing)

Team Responsibilities:

• Have hands on experience in Mainframe TN3270 Plus tool which is used to verify the details of the customer for online testing process.
• Validating the customer details according to the document generated through batch processing.
• Validating the transaction of the customer account.
• Designing Test scenarios by analyzing the Business requirements and Preparation of Test Cases, Test Data.
