• Experience in reviewing topicality data, categorizing restricted applications available in the Play Store according to Google policy and guidelines, aiming for a user-friendly experience.
• Worked as an Internal Process Quality Analyst (QA), auditing and assessing agent performance, and giving feedback.
• Research and Development (R&D) and driving internal process improvements.
• Ability to manage team productivity, and prepare and share the daily reports.
• Proficient in video conferencing platforms, and able to communicate across a variety of channels.
