• Provided comprehensive training to newly on boarded internal staff members, ensuring they were

Monitored daily transactional exception activity on syndicated and participated facilities, including

system posting of all funds received and disbursed.

• Maintain Portfolio of about 70 Borrowers in Loan System ACBS Managing day-to-day transactions

related to portfolio of loans.

• Verify the correctness and completeness of documents and collect approvals from Vendor before

releasing them for the customers via emails.

• Processing and reporting of debit recovery for all duplicate transactions.

• Closing the accounts and deleting the services if the customer wants to change banking relationship.

• Managed email box for Loan Operations and distributed incoming wire, e-mail and request to

appropriate business areas.

• Process daily borrowing and pay down requests; processing transaction in ACBS, notifying Portfolio

Management of any issues, and setting up outgoing wires.

• Process and rollover and rate changes.

• Prepare and process internal assignments review legal documents for amendments and restructures and

process in ACBS as necessary.

• Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; fielding questions regarding credit

agreement terms, payments, rates, discrepancies, etc.
