• Lead the adoption of automation for the software system tests
• Having complete ownership for preparing test automation solution, designing automation frameworks and lead the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution of product
• Lead the effort to implement a modern CI (Continuous integration)/CD (continuous delivery) /CT (continuous testing) pipeline working closely with development teams on troubleshooting potential deployment issues, taking into consideration existing system inter-dependencies and regulatory aspects necessary for compliance

• Influence roadmaps and participate in planning/prioritization activities, coordinate work across multiple development teams
• Managing QA/SDET team, Working on various Test Automation Frameworks as a Test Automation Specialist/Architect for different product portfolios (WebApp, Mobile App and BackEnd)
• As an SDET Automation Expert defining solutions for various projects across the organization on test automation framework creation, productivity/process improvements & driving organization-wide Quality Process initiatives, suggesting best practices, code reviews etc
• Lead automation tool analysis, make recommendation, and selection
• Manage the Complete Automation phases from Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Reporting
• Conduct in house technical trainings and automation sessions
• Integral part of talent acquisition initiatives for identifying the right candidate for the quality team based on the project needs and setting guidelines
• Design, develop, and implement automated software testing framework based on the business demand, DevOps and Continuous delivery plans
• Work on technologies such as Java, Jenkins and cucumber to write business logic and create automated test scripts
• Design and maintain an automation framework to provide integrated testing in an Agile environment
