Professional Roles and Responsibility:

• Build the vehicle as per the assembly sequence and Torque sheet.
• Prototype 3DPrint ,Liquid and based
• Pre-Homologation Test Documentation
• Responsible For Prot Build & Engg Sign-off &Handover to T&V Team
• Design related feedback to engineering team to refine component level and assembly level DFM ,DFS and FMEA aspects.
• Record the stage wise Proto-build issues in the vehicle build
• Creating the vehicle build sheet and engineering sign off after proto build
• Performing the various types of Pre-Homologation test for the Vehicle level and component level.
• Continuous touch with vendors for development of proto parts to intended designed parts.
• Provided leadership and guidance to service team in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support for Testing and validation team to perform the various types of in-house testing and Testing agencies. (Wipro, ARAI,GARC etc)

As a Lab Incharge and Bench Marking Team Member

• Competitor vehicles bench marking: Features comparison,Vehicle level Measurement,Vehicle Tear Down and Weight Measurement.
• Detailed Document Preparation of Bench marking Vehicles.
• Maintaining the 5S in lab, SHE.
• Hands on experience in all the mechanical related lab activities
• Maintenance of Machines and Instruments in the lab.
• Maintained and operated a variety of manual and CNC machines, including lathes, mills, drills, grinders and saws.
• Maintaining the Testing reports and Record the Calibration of instruments

• Motor Proto build of the as per the assembly sequence.
• Testing and validation &Rain Test& Dust Test
• Prepare the Motor Test benches and Test Rigs for component Testing Activities.
