Fund Accounting:

• Booking journal entries related to investments, expenses, incomes, accruals, capital calls, distributions, valuation gains/losses, bridge loans, etc.
• Preparation of financial statements (Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Statement of Operations, Statement of Cash Flows, Schedule of Investments, Statements of Changes in Partners' Equity).
• Waterfall preparation.
• Preparation of PCAPs and various other investor reporting, along with supporting work for their allocation.
• Review and sign off on NAV and financial statements, ensuring the delivery of tasks as per SLA, with quality.
• Preparing SOPs and assisting the new joiners in the team.
• Planning and segregating tasks among the associates, and reviewing their tasks.
• Worked for one of the reputable funds (EQT), having a commitment of $30 billion.
• Ensuring the delivery of tasks as per the deadlines.

Onboarding Funds:

• Data collection from clients.
• Conversion of data, uploading the historical data of the funds in Investran, and reconciliation of the same using reports with the historically approved financial statements.
• Extensive preparation and import of DIUs for fund creation, deals setup, investors setup, and transactions booking for new funds.
