  • Duties and Responsibilities :-
  • Site survey report - site measurement with all detail.
  • Landlord scope work detail like - Glass glazing,Tiles fixing,putty work,bathroom detail,electrical main line,ac outdoor location,Facade detail etc.
  • Store design - After site survey done we will prepare first basic furniture layout, after approved from management will share to franchise for approval, after approved from franchise then will start complete design.
  • Store design detail - Furniture layout,False ceiling layout,Electrical layout,AC layout,Partition layout,Paint detail layout,CCTV detail layout, Front facade detail layout,Furniture elevation detail,Loose furniture, BOQ detail etc.
  • Vendor finalization - We will share minimum three vendor detail send to franchise with all detail drawing for finalization, after finalized will start interior fit out work.
  • Project Time line - Out target 25 days to complete the project.
  • Store visit - As per company role minimum three visit require in particular project.
  • Store Handover - After work completed will visit the site and check with our BOQ and drawing if everything is okay then we will start for final payment.

  • Participated in the INIFD Annual Exhibition- Theme “Simplicity Redefined”. Won 1st prize in theme presentation, 3rd prize in best lighting ambience & best theme explanation.
