Roles and Responsibility

• Understanding the requirements from the customers and creating a design document by applying all the technical analysis in it.
• Preparing a testing environment using MongoDB(creating a web accessible environment).
• Applying Customer Dumps(M365-Exchange, ODB, SharePoint + Endpoint users) into the testing environment.
• Preparation of valid of Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data for E2E testing.
• Performing Functional, GUI, Load, performance testing, etc. - based on requirement
• Performing API testing using Postman application.
• Analyzing the efficiency of the Developers code.
• Responsible for bug reporting and bug tracking by using the JIRA tool.
• Providing the logs and screenshots while raising the bugs, which gives more information to the developer to fix the defect on time.
• Involving in daily scrum calls for testing updates.
• Performing regression testing before the release of the completed patch.
• Taking signoff from the Developer lead, Product manager and testing lead by providing demo.
• Sending the testing handover mail for the post POC testing.
• Debugging and Reproducing the customer live issues in testing environment.

Roles and responsibility:-

• Understanding the requirements and clarifying the requirements from the customers
• Involvement in the Preparation of Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.
• Preparing the test data, By placing PSTN, Broadband, SOGEA, etc orders for testing purpose
• Involving in daily scrum calls for Manual testing (HVJ) (Billing E2E) (Broadband products) updates.
• Understanding Billing L2C End 2 End testing(scope of the project)
• Using multiple tools such as citrix workspace (WinScp, SQL developer, FileZilla, CAM, Superputty, WinScp, etc for testing progress.
• Performing regression scenarios.
• Preparing for the demo calls to execute the efficiency of the testing.
• Taking signoff from the clients(Product manager, testing manager, developer manager)

• Creating in LabVIEW automation(IOT) for testing purpose.
• Intermediate knowledge in CATIA, CAD, CAMD, SOLID EDGE.
