Ø Ability to lead team for Design & Development of sheet metal and plastic parts, HVAC, Cabin pillars, harness, routing, rubber hoses, Roof molding, headliner, floor mat, plastic ducting, Heat exchanges, compressor, etc. Knowledge of Design of Blow and Roof Molded HVAC Ducts (Roto / Blow molded) with calculation required for desired air flow with Friction and Bend losses.

Ø Various part levels and vehicle level trials were performed on test bench, on road and at test agency.

Ø Have Onsite experience of working in the UK and Germany for design and development.

Ø Well-versed with international design standards/benchmarking, changing trends in technology and best practices in Design & Development including Quality Control techniques.

Ø Expertise in FEA analysis, ISO standards, sheet metal, rubber and plastic part design with manufacturing feasibility study, part & tooling cost analysis, Part of HVAC system development for CO2 and R290 refrigerant in TATA technology.

Ø Knowledge of CFD, FEA, power train system, cooling system, electrical diagrams, GD&T & Boundary Diagrams, Interface analysis, DFMEA, DVA, DFM, DFA, etc

Ø Proficient in working on Unigraphics NX, Catia, 3D Experience, Creo, Windchill, Teamcenter Engineering and PLM.

Ø Known for an exceptional understanding of the customer’s design requirements, having achieved high CSAT by delivering excellence in design solutions.
