System Administration and Maintenance: SAP System Monitoring: Proactive monitoring of SAP systems, including DB, OS, and file systems, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Control-M: Control-M configuration, job scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and system administration.
Batch Job Management: Creation, modification, and monitoring of background jobs to automate routine tasks, and optimize system efficiency.
Transport Management: Efficient management of transport requests, including importing into quality and production environments.
Certificate Renewal: STRUST certificate upload, certificate renewal, and also license key renewal.
OS-Level Tasks: Performance of OS-level tasks, including system startup, shutdown, and file system management.
Snowtool: Managing incidents and RITMs through Snowtool, through which the requests and issues raised by users will be troubleshot and resolved.
System Refresh: Execution of pre- and post-refresh activities, including data migration, and system configuration.
