• Performed closure of pending Mortgage Creation, pending CERSAI creation, revaluation of properties of existing loan accounts as per requirement in lending policy.
• Responsible for preparing Disbursement Checklist, Deviation Notes and creation of DSRA / ISRA balance.
• Monitored for Regulatory audit by RBI / NHB & Internal audit and resolve any exceptions/deviations found and performed with100% resolution.

• Actively managed disbursal and oversaw processing of working capital product (CC, OD, LC, BG) and adhered to all compliance guidelines relative to working capital lending.
• Managed disbursement of working capital limit & timely renewal & extension of limits for Cash credit, Term loan, Bank guarantee, Letter of credit & Commercial vehicle loan.
• Handled loan maintenance & servicing of Post disbursement activity.
• Responsible for audit query for daily disbursed cases (20+) & ensured for 100% resolution.

• Disbursement of working capital limit, sanction conditions such as financial covenant, Security analysis, Bank’s exposure to group accounts, dropping & extension of limits, renewal of limit for CC, LC, BG subject to compliance of assurance given by client.
• Responsible for dispatch activity of repayment schedule, loan agreement after disbursement.
• Publish MIS to (30+) branches of file disbursed and managing storage of documents on daily basis.
• Reconciliation of vendor bills on monthly basis & ensure payment has to be done within defined timeline.
• Directed a team of over 17 outsourced resources & providing process training at different time intervals.

• Got best Performance Award from Standard Chartered Financial Ltd for achieving maximum loan file clearance with zero error in south Delhi in Dec 2011.
• Verification of loan application and files; Ensured file has to be login with 100% accuracy.
• Prepared data of daily login files of personal loans, Credit cards and reporting to business team at end of day.
• Expertise in handling sales and Branches and update them in cases of any implementation in policy.
• Retaining and developing existing business base of corporate and HNIs or NRIs.
