Workday Security & Controls

• Configure and manage Workday Financial Security architecture including security groups, domain security policies, and business process security policies to ensure controlled and compliant access to financial data and transactions.
• Design and maintain role-based access frameworks aligned with finance operations while supporting segregation of duties (SoD) and internal control requirements.
• Administer user access lifecycle activities including provisioning, role assignments, access modifications, and security troubleshooting while supporting periodic access reviews and audit requests.

• Configure and support Workday Expenses including expense policies, spend categories, expense reports, and approval workflows to streamline employee expense management processes.

• Assist with configuration and support of the Business Assets module including asset setup, capitalization rules, depreciation configuration, and asset lifecycle activities.
