• Oversee the renewal of critical credentials, engaging with candidates to secure updated forms and health documents
• Execute comprehensive internet and CBC fingerprint screenings, escalating cases as necessary while maintaining confidentiality
• Implement rigorous daily credential audits and initiate disciplinary procedures when required, including suspensions and terminations
• Communicated with candidates to ensure the timely renewal of essential documents, such as NY State 2023 form, Federal 2023 form, TB Questionnaire, Flu Decline Documents, BLS Card, and QFT Test
• Manage a detailed suspension tracker, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
