- Ensure flag state approval is compiled considering vessel's course and/or apply for them as required
- Ensure all documents of the MSO's and kits are complete and in line with the requirement
- Update all the forms related to vessel on the software correctly and information in the database from time to time
- To check if all the Ops forms are received and all details are filled in correctly before uploading on software.
