Managing spare parts for PAN India operations brings its own unique challenges. I am responsible for coordinating the supply chain logistics, ensuring that spare parts are distributed to different regions efficiently and in a timely manner. This requires careful planning, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and a strong understanding of the logistical processes involved.To excel in my role, I leverage data analysis and forecasting techniques to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce overall costs. I also keep a close eye on market trends, new product launches, and changes in customer demands to proactively adjust our spare part strategies and ensure we meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Throughout my PPC supervisor career, I have been responsible for overseeing critical operations such as buffing, sandblasting, quality checking, and painting. I am thrilled to share my expertise in ensuring smooth and efficient production workflows to meet organizational goals.
This involves overseeing the polishing and smoothing of finished parts to achieve the desired surface quality. I ensure that the buffing process is carried out meticulously, addressing any imperfections and maintaining consistency in the final product.

• Projects & Skills – Self Balancing Two-wheeler
• The project focuses on the concept of developing a two wheeler bike & it’s validation with the help of a prototype
• The project deals with an experiment carried out to produce gyroscopic effect on the prototype
• The prototype is a two-wheel vehicle in which rotating discs imparted act as gyroscope to produce a counter balancing force i.e
• Gyroscopic effect when the vehicle prototype looses balance on either sides.

• After the loco is made they are sent for final work of painting
• Loco painting is done by spray paint
• Skilled workers are employed who can make marking take shape and size under consideration
• LOCO and ENGINE TEST SHOP: lubrication is done for better performance of the engine
• Testing is done by checking the circulation of lubricant oil
• For rotating parts checking is done by seeing the returning path of the oil
• Rr40 is used as lubricating oil
• Water acts as a coolant for moving part of the engine because constant movement or rotation causes various parts to heat up and water working as coolant cooled down the concerned part
• For load testing electrical load is provided to the engine
• If there is any abnormal sound then the engine is again tested for lubrication so that any flaw which is there can be
