- Validation role:

- Reported out the test observations, failure reports, test progress status etc to the stakeholders in a timely manner
- Collaborated with Lab Technicians and Engineers to design and prepare test fixtures and setups based on specifications and standard test processes (SOPs) for electric vehicle Powertrain related Hardware systems
- Communicate test programs with engineering appropriately to clarify purpose of testing and the results of ongoing tests
- Maintained close liaison with other technicians to standardize lab practices within group and with other groups in facility to ensure a safe working environment and to complete test projects with a high degree of quality and efficiency
- Lead a team of 4 Engineers to review more than1500 systems level requirements for test identification, requirement validity and compliance
- Lead a team of 3 Associates to perform Benchmarking of products to bring value addition to project and team.
