Project name: Galaxy, Domain: Claims process, Technologies: Oracle 18c, Postman, Khafka, WinSCP, In this application the full claims workflow will be processed., The most critical application and workflow is to be processed separately for many types of claims in the insurance industry like cashless, reimbursement and PHC, One of the part is for digitalization of claim to avoid manual entries worked along with vendor in the process by using khafka., Need to check logs for finding the issue in the application behavior by using the WinSCP, opensearch.

Domain : PHC - Managing Application error, wellness regarding issues, Health checkup wallet balance issues, Outpatient health checkup monitoring issues.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Presenting the daily standup meeting and updating the pending status.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to fetch, update, or validate data for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in RCA documentation for high-severity incidents and contribute to preventive measures.
  • Analyzing the repeated issues and create the JIRA tickets for the issues and follow up the pending PI tickets.
