- Cargill has global presence in food service and distribution business including Meat products like American beef, Turkey, Chicken, Eggs etc. As part of this solution, Deloitte implemented Data Lake solution for Protein business, leveraging Client's Cloudera based Big Data Platform and Enterprise HANA application. Data Lake will be delivered for consumption by downstream applications/systems such as IBP, PROS, SFDC and analytics applications.
