• Level 2 Support for the MES application (GE Proficy, Historian) across all the modules – Production, Quality, Reliability and Historian.

• Analyzing the issue and providing the root cause analysis and sharing the user reference documents to the end users.

• Analyzing the issue and providing the root cause analysis for the Problem Tickets.

• Debug the stored procedures and analyzing the data in SQL Profiler to troubleshoot the root cause.

• Updating the stored procedures as per change management process.

• Disaster recovery of the Proficy application on Critical basis, in case of the unexpected loss of data.
