  • The key idea is to Build Bio-degradable baby diapers to eliminate large scale Land pollution along with utmost comfort for baby.
  • Development of Bamboo Cellulose fibre base sheet and PBAT/PLA Bioplastic sheet to replace the conventional plastic sheet and developed 79% degradable diaper.
  • Developing leakage proof bioplastic sheet is major challenge for leakage proof diaper but with strong research we have finally developed the alternative for breathable polyethene sheet.
  • Conducting detailed market Research for baby diapers and formulating strategy was my key role.
  • Promoting diaper at D2C summit and retail conference and engaging with key leaders.
  • Convincing Manufacturers to develop the biodegradable diaper at lab scale and iterating the sample was challenging work but we successfully developed the final prototype.
  • Successfully taken feedback of 235 customer for product refinement and solve the initial issue and built the advance version of diaper.
