  • To perform assessment of deviations (product, equipment and facility). CAPA effectively implemented and timely closure of change controls by assessing risk with effectiveness check.
  • Review and verify qualification documents (process, media fill, equipment and facility).
  • Review of in process and finished product COAs and lots in LIMS and Release of batches in SAP.
  • Preparation, review, publish and archival of SOPs and other documents in Document Management System (DMS).
  • To participate in investigations for potential violations of Ethics and Data Integrity Policy.
  • Audit and monitor internal Quality Systems across organization.
  • Review of trends for bulk batches, in process and finished product analytical data and preparation of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
  • GMP walk-through and Line clearances for controlled areas, facility & equipment's for manufacturing and Random verification of sealed vials, visual inspection and approval of packing vials, artwork, cartons, labels etc..
  • Implementation and review of eBMR in PASx.
  • Actively involved in vendor audits for procurement of materials.
  • To provide second line support for regulatory Audits and actively handles internal audit.
  • Co-ordinate and conduct different training programs.
