I can handle Coating machines like Gansons and Neocota Troubleshooting in Capsule Filling Machines and Coating machine Implementation of cGMP during production activities, maintaining standard of high quality. Performed in process checks and completion of BMR.
• As an Officer: - To follow GMP and SOP. Implementation of cGMP during production activities, maintaining standard of high quality. Performed in process checks and completion of BMR. Man Power Handling. Before start area line clearance responsibility. Material verification trough dispensing by using SAP, ATTACHI (eBMR). After completion of batches Yield reconciliation, AQL of Batch processing. Batch completion stage wise details entry in SAP. PMP process can follow by Maintenance department. All area calibration done followed by their frequency by the help of calibration department. Increasing yield process by following all processes by changing some technical changes. Usage of equipment and planning shall be increase.
