• Data Automation & Solution Design: Collaborated with internal stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions, enabling end-to-end automation across various business processes within issue management, risk and controls, and HR analytics.
• Starburst Integration: Led the transition from on-prem Impala reporting to cloud-based Starburst reporting for the execution and delivery of both executive and non-executive reports. This led to improved workflow performance and reduced the load time, thereby helping us save one complete day while performing the monthly loads.
• Personalized Solutions: Created a complete end-to-end solution enabling us to produce individual Risk and Control Issue Reports for more than 500 MDs across the firm. This initiative significantly reduced manual intervention, minimized human errors and enhanced data reliability.

Project Title: Profitability Analysis for NOV (National Oilwell Varco).

Technologies: Alteryx, Tableau.

Problem Statement:

The objective was to evaluate NOV’s profitability by analyzing key financial drivers, such as revenue and Cost to Serve (CTS), across specific segments and business units (BUs) at a granular level. A Client Profitability Model was developed by conducting hypothesis testing to isolate direct and indirect cost impacts. The project delivered data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and strategic planning.

• Liaised directly with the client to gather requirements and align on business goals.
• Managed and distributed daily tasks among team members to maintain delivery momentum.
• Oversaw the end-to-end delivery of use cases, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Utilized Alteryx for data cleansing and the construction of a centralized data model to standardize inputs across segments.
• Designed and built interactive dashboards in Tableau to support strategic decision-making.

• Worked with one of its Fortune 200 clients to develop an Accounting Rules Engine Dashboard using Tableau to showcase various operational and transactional metrics, and then later maintained these workbooks and workflows.

• Developed multiple interactive dashboards for external clients and internal stakeholders using tools like QlikView and Tableau.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions, leading to increased client satisfaction.
