• HVAC &Utilities
• Work Experience on Air cooled Chiller, Air handling units, Air Compressor, Air Drier, Thermic fluid heater, Portable De-humidifiers, centrifugal pumps, Sampling booth, Dispensing booth, Dynamic and static pass boxes.
• Maintaining Temperature and RH through Ahu controlling panel (Duct Heater and 3 way mixing valve).
• Updating and Verifying Daily log books and filter cleaning log books of AHU systems.
• Maintaining Differential pressure as per design.
• Preparation of Filter cleaning planner and Executing accordingly.
• Responsible for preparation and revision of CAD layouts like HVAC layouts, General layouts etc.
• Updating and modifications of HVAC as per design requirement.
• Responsible for preparation and execution of annual Preventive maintenance planner.
• Responsible for preparation and execution of Building and facility maintenance planner.
• Responsible for preparation of weekly, monthly reports.
• Responsible for annual maintenance contracts of existing critical equipment’s.
• Responsible for follow up the vendors based on AMCs, Calibrations planner.
• Follow up the quotations from the vendors for Spares, water dosing chemicals, calibrations, etc
• Quality management system
• Responsible for Quality management systems like CAPA, change control, incident report and deviations and Audit compliance.
• Responsible for handling of inhouse self-inspection audit, preparation and closing of self-inspection response.
• Department training coordinator and responsible for preparation of Yearly SOP refreshment training schedule and new joiners on job training & Job description
• Responsible for preparation Management review meeting (MRM) reports.
• Qualifications:
• Handling of new equipment qualifications and existing equipment’s periodical validations.
• Responsible for Preparation of URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ Protocols for upcoming equipment’s.
• Responsible for Utility qualification activities like HVAC, Water system and compressed air.
• Calibrations:
• Responsible for Preparation of annual Calibration planner for all critical and non-critical Instruments and Execution by external agency.
• Responsible for Reviewing Calibrations certificates Vs Raw data sheets and Master traceability’s.
• Responsible for Calibrations of weighing balances and standard weights by Govt. Legal Metrology department.
• Project Management:
• Installed Artic master to 110 TR Chiller to as a part of energy saving.
• Installed New 60TR chiller and responsible for all Fabrications works of chiller.
• ‘’Thermo electric refrigeration process by Peltier effect’’ project executed during B. Tech academics.
