    1.Recognizing the pain areas of each Dept & team member of OTPM, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Sales & Marketing, Dispatch, HR, IT. Designing & applying the correct methodology / process to remove / reduce the pains directed towards the achievement of set GOALs.

    2.Drastic improvement in 5S in all the areas of OTPM member departments, especially Stores dept. Target to retrieve any item/ information in 30 seconds.

    3.Reward & appreciation system within the departments for the internal improvements, new ideas etc.


    Organizing basic data for EBTDA:


    Creation of BOM file to give quick & accurate basic information with logical establishment of basis for indirect costs for arriving at EBTDA serving the additional purpose of planning & scheduling, comparisons & actions.

This is the name of a project theme. It was a cost saving project. It was a management mandate to all employees to come together to save Re 1 each item or service being used in the organization. i.e. reduce the cost of each procured item, reducing the cycle time through automation etc. I as a responsible person for SCM achieved approx. Rs 50 lakh a year.
