This study presents an innovative methodology for seismic risk assessment in Indian cities, addressing the challenge of limited building inventory data by leveraging spatial clustering and Model Building Type classification through Google Maps By integrating GIS tools, census data, satellite imagery, and QGIS plugins, critical urban features such as built-up density, population density, building age, and street intersection density are extracted to reflect developmental patterns.
