Installation of Footing, Electrical, Mechanical Construction, Piping, Structure, Welding, Cutting, Grinding, Excavation, Sand Bedding, Backfilling, MEP Work etc
Verifying the implementation and operation of HSE Systems, by planning and conducting internal quality audits
Review HSE Management System for its continual improvement of its health and safety performance
Conducting walk through at project site with all Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Clients Project Managers, Construction managers and Safety personal
Ensure Legal compliance with respect to their scope of project activities
Ensure identification of root cause for the identified non-conformances/deviations and to implement corrective actions/Preventive actions
Verification of incident investigations and to ensure remedial actions is implemented
Ensure the availability of medical facilities and medicines in the ambulance
Monitor performance against quality requirements
Ensure Daily Tool box talk for all the working groups by concern job supervisors
Log out Tag procedure following (LOTO)
Permit to work system following (PTW)
Organize & conduct training programs like work permit awareness, confined space entry procedures, emergency response procedure, heat stress awareness etc
Promoting safety awareness among employees and workers
Motivate the site supervision through Behaviour- Based Safety approach and initiates the violation notifications for repeated safety violations
Ensure proper PPEs are maintained in good condition and correctly used at site
Ensure that adequate firefighting equipment is provided and maintained, availability of First Aider & first Aid facilities at work site
Ensure and maintenance of good housekeeping, signs and instruction boards safety slogans & poster, including emergency exit routes, maintenance of site access & roads, inspecting PPE (S) of site personnel's, drinking water, toilets, Dining hall, rest room and sick room with First Aid facilities
Audit and Inspection for scaffolding, lifting appliances, power tools and hand tools etc
Inspection of all construction Vehicles and equipment's for issuing safety certificates
Report near miss, substandard act and condition and recommend corrective measures
Providing safety orientation to the new employees to aware HSE system & understand the safety requirements and safety rules, regulations of the company and our clients
Preparing and maintaining all safety reports & records
Perform other duties as assigned by top management
Good understanding of environment, health and Safety related matters in construction and manufacturing facilities
Ability to produce reports and developing relevant Policies / Sops
Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
Outstanding attention to detail and observation skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
