Job Responsibilities:

  • • This is NBN Project (National Broad Band Network) Australia. Our client is SSL (Service Stream Limited), project is the BDOD (Business Development on).
  • Drafted documentation detailing design requirements and technical specifications.
  • Used SpatialNet and AutoCAD to meet design specifications for functional prototypes.
  • Supported engineering design development through analysis and simulation of prototypes
  • Selected sustainable production materials in alignment with client budget parameters.
  • Suggested actionable improvements to increase research and testing capabilities.
  • Addressed design challenges and evaluated alternative design models to meet project requirements.
  • In that the m Deployment aim project Architecture is HLD-RRP-DESIGN-ASBUILT. HLD – High level design, RRP-Rod and rope plan, and it’s going to Design stage and prepare as-builts.
  • Firstly, the client given the inputs like Appian mail for confirmation of EE (Enterprise Ethernet) or GPON job, SOW (Site of Work) and Order details. Use this mail we are confirming its cable to cable or splitter (fjl-1:8, smp-1:4) connectivity and end of the equipment BTD or NTD.
  • In these inputs they are providing LOC (location ID), ROR number, SAM number, Trading name, Site address, owner & others name, A-end existing Equipment, B-end Address, Rack or Wall mounted, AC power supply 1 or 2.
  • Depends on the A-end we are confirm the Type 2 or 3 networks, If not given A-end we will continue with nearly existing equipment.
  • Type-2: FAN-DSS (72F/144F/288F)-DJL-HSD (72F)-FDH-HSL (576F)-LJL-LSS (72F/144F)-AJL-MSS(1F)-MPT-PCD-PIC(1F)-BTD/NTD
  • Type-3: FAN-DSS (72F/144F/288F)-DJL-FSD (1-12F)-FJL-FSL(4F/12F)-BJL-SSS(1F)-SMP-SDS(1F)-PCD-PIC(1F)- BTD/NTD
  • Use these inputs prepare the Notepad, did the work in spatial like find the path & existing equipment, placing the equipment’s, cables, NBN trench & pit, pit and equipment attachments, cables & ducts assignments, physical connectivity, Alignment and take the splice(.csv) & trace(html) reports, take the backup of total drawing with ADA.
  • Preparing Construction Work Plan(CWP) and Placing SOR(Schedule of Rate) in the drawing.
  • Coming to Design stage client given inputs like Markup pdf, HLD drawing file, Images like Internal and External (all pits & manholes, internal route & equipment), design brief, site survey check list and survey estimates checklist.
  • Based on the inputs we are open the Markup pdf check the all changes and did the work in spatial like BTD attributes, trenches, pits, cables and check the Images.
  • Then open .dwg file delete HLD stage notes, placed the SOR codes for pits re-entry, cables splicing, trenches hauling RRP, confirmation of loops, equipment’s installation, in internal PCD, PIC, BTD/NTD Rack or wall mounted and placed a note on client specifications.
  • Placed the grids like CVR, External routes, outside plant photos, DFN (distribution fiber n/w) SLD, LFN (Local fiber n/w) SLD, Internal cable route, inside plant design, inside plant photos, equipment & cable bom, NBN BOM and NBN BOQ.
  • Then prepare deliverables like BOMBOQ, cables path photographs, construction plan, PON
  • Patching request, single line diagram, DDD checklist, and FRS sheet then uploaded in client server.
  • Allocation work to the team, reviewing the design received from Production,
  • Updating the Team regarding the feedback and improving quality
  • Conduction feedback sessions on regular basis.

PROJECT#2 : FulTon Hogan

Client : NBN, Australia.

Application : Spatial Net 8, AutoCAD and Google Earth.

Scope: The objective of the project is to build a fibre network cabinet to Preemies (FTTP) in SD2.

The project involved planning and designing of last mile FTTP network which includes selection of CO, access points and CPE, both Type-2 and 3 architectures of NBN network,

fiber size calculation for access ring and fiber cable specification for customer connectivity.


Job Responsibilities:

• This is NBN Project (National Broad Band Network) Australia.

• Our client is FH (FULTON HOGAN) project is NEW DEVELOPMENT in SD2 scope.

• Client given the inputs like Appian mail for confirmation of EE (Enterprise Ethernet) or GPON job and technology FFTP, FTTN.FTTC—and number of premises, FSA, SAM number, ADA, building type, end user Address, state.

• By Use this mail we are confirming the technology.

• Drawing Boundaries in PNI. confirming address & Land base. Creating address in the boundary.

• Use these inputs prepare the Notepad, did the work in spatial like placing the Address placing new lead in if not existing leads in spatial, Check the duplicates cables and equipment then after to haul the cable from near existing equipment, placing the PCD.

• cables attach to ducts, physical connectivity, Alignment and take the splice(.csv) & trace(html) reports, take the backup of total drawing with ADA.

• The backup file drag and drop the AutoCAD, lock the layers like 140,141,201 to 235, MPS, ADA, OVB, NDA boundary and names, use the Map trim command, delete Unwanted area and check the proxy layers with transparency ‘0’, MPS, ADA will display,

• Show the all-alternate routes, did the Alignment, place all annotations and notes as per client specifications and placed the grids with CVR and LEGENDS and use PUBLISH command generate the pdf and prepare all deliverables-based client requirement and uploaded in client server.

• Preparing BOM & BOQ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing Survey plan to the scope team.

• Check connectivity in SpatialNet and if no ports available to splice raising to client and confirming with field team.

• Reviewing of field survey data and checking for its suitability for use in design.

• Validating the survey data provided by the client.

• Validate the location and capacity of existing DJL/FJL/AJL/BJL and planning as per NBN Type 2/3 architecture for optimal utilization of the resources on Spatial NET

Application : Net Map (Small World).

Scope: The objective of the project is to build a fiber network cabinet to homes (FTTH). The project involved designing and implementation of GPON Network, capturing the cabinet, trench route and conduits as per lay-plan and capturing fiber cables with FAT with specifications as per as-built data.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data analysis as per the input data
• Plotting trenches / routes as per input plan
• Placing cabinet, joints, pedestals, MH/HH, poles and other structure at the proposed location
• Capturing customer drops with access points.
• Adding micro conduits along with micro net cables, bays, shelf’s with port connectivity at FFP
• Adding fat's, Loops, editing multi fiber attributes, assigning LOC, trays, port connectivity at FAT
• Adding ribbonet’s of 1, 4, 7, 12& 26 ways along the routes with connectivity as per CPA
• Association of address with tube and access point
• Adding tube annotations at access point and street annotations along the routes
• Micro conduits & ribbonet’s movement into the respective conduits
• Getting the Address trace Reports up to the exchange


PROJECT#2 : Vision stream (Ventia Pvt Ltd)

Client : NBN, Australia.

Application : Spatial Net, AutoCAD and Google Earth, Lassi site.

Description:

VPL telecommunications has been active in the Australian telecommunications network industry. The VPL Services joint venture was responsible for the rollout of the National Broadband Network (NBN) throughout regions of VIC, TAS and NSW. Cyient used to work for SD1, BDOD programs for this client

The actual scope of work entailed planning, designing, and constructing three fibre serving area modules (FSAMs). Cyient scope was limited to planning and design of FTTx network in Spatial NET and updating construction/as-builts in AutoCAD.


Responsibilities:


• Planning and designing the transit network, FAN distribution fibre network, and FDH & FJL local network based on the NBN type 2 & type 3 architectures.
• Work was done for New Development Area(SD1) and for BDOD sites.
• Planning and designing were done by using the regulatory standards of the infrastructure owned companies like Telstra for UG network by following the NBN guidelines.
• Optimizing NBN network by using the existing Telstra Network and proposing the new routes according to duct occupancies as per NBN Co network guidelines.
• Ensuring address validation using client specified online survey sites and desktop survey.
• Updating the connected data in Spatial NET.
• Validating the existing MPT & SMP connectivity to the premises and planning the MPT & SMPs by consideration residential units, commercial units as per NBN Type 2 & Type 3 architectures for optimal utilization of the resources on Spatial NET.
• Designing FDA as per the design guidelines and specifications of NBN on Spatial NET, splicing from MPT to AJL to LJL to FDH to DJL and SMP to BJL to FJL to DJL and generation of QA address reports on Spatial NET.
• Preparing deliverables like splice details, construction plan, FIR, GML, FRS, CRS, Trace report and celemetrix reports for estates and TTFN scopes.
• Preparing the construction drawings in AutoCAD using blue view and Google maps.
• Coordinating with the client for query resolution and feedback reports.
• Preparing Bill of Material (BOM) and Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
• Finalizing the client release and Construction team release.

• Doing QC for the data release from Production team.

• Involving in Delivery Task.

• Raising queries towards the client, in terms of network enhancement and maintenance within the GIS space.

In Side Plant (ISP) Network

• Preparation of detail views for access network structures in Network Engineer

• Capturing telecom floor layouts, structure units, chassis and Plug Ins, GPO availability and Earthing requirement.

• Identifying features and building the corresponding network elements

• Map and build the network from Plug Ins to cables
