Responsible for financial reporting and the audit of component and consolidated financials.
Leading the R2R team of parents and U.S. subsidiaries.
Annual and quarterly board deck preparation of U.S. subsidiaries.
Collaborating closely with the controller of U.S. subsidiaries and providing support in managing local compliance, local audit, general accounting, and internal reporting responsibilities.
Quarterly and annual stock exchange submission of financial results, as per SEBI rules.
Ensuring accounting of complex and non-routine transactions in line with Ind AS.
Overseeing the accounting integration of acquired subsidiaries.
Budgeting and forecasting of the group balance sheet and cash flow.
Coordinating with shared services and cross-functional teams to facilitate a seamless month-end closure process.
Liaison with statutory auditors to ensure on-time completion of limited reviews and year-end audits.
Overseeing the lease accounting of the Group, and playing a key role in the automation of lease accounting.
Complying with changes to IND AS, and changes to reporting requirements from time to time.
Performing monthly flux analysis and reporting to the finance controller.
Contributed to the various automation initiatives, viz. BPC (consolidation module of BPC), leases, accrual and pre-paid engines, and standardization of schedules.
Performing balance sheet risk analysis, viz. And reporting to senior management.
Ensuring accounting of leases and ESOPs of the group.
