- Currently I am working in largest producer of Sodium nitrite & sodium nitrate plant which is located in nandesari Vadodara. Plant is automated with PLC SCADA system. The unit operations like evaporation drying, absorption and centrifuge were included. Also, it includes oxidation unit process. I have knowledge of SAP and loading and unloading of Ammonia and caustic lye.

- I was worked in Resorcinol plant of Atul LTD, Valsad Gujarat. It is having 300 TPM capacity of Resorcinol and 400 TPM of it's by product Sodium sulfite. The plant is automated with DCS supplied by yokogawa Pvt Ltd. I am well versed with unit operation and unit process like sulphonation, methylation, fusion reaction, Evaporators, Extraction and Distillation involved in production of Resorcinol. I have worked with responsibility to oversee the commissioning of the Sigma mixture project& spray dryer project from its grass root level and startup. I have commission all interlocks sequence of Sigma mixture for two times.
