• Analyzing the flashing log files and Providing solutions directly to Daimler’s workshop all over the world in terms of ECU flashing, ZenZefi, ECU ZKBvalue calculation(Encryption) Diagnosing, providing Flash support files on a daily ticket basis

• Managing the analysis of HW/SW function and translate into diagnostic requirement for different ECUs.

• Providing time to time support/Solutions to the Workshops directly on a daily ticket basis.
• Coordinating with various teams internally to provide a solutions in terms of flashing files, software and other ECU details to complete flashing.
• Analyzing and finding the root cause of flashing issues, failure cases and improving quality
• Prioritize/Synchronize diagnostic functions availability according to project milestones.

Tools/Technology : FETON (Flashing files), XSF, XENTRY, VeDoc (Vehicle Documentation - Universal Database of each vehicle’s data contents)

• Extracting the OE data of different formats, analyzing and converting them into a general format which will be authored into Automotive Diagnostic tool.
• Responsible for requirement gathering from client, analysis, preparing for designing and authoring.

• Analyses on failure cases and improving quality.
• Coordinating with onshore and direct client interaction for OPLs.
• Authoring the validated data and vehicle testing.
