• Troubleshooting the problem during startup and shutdown of plant.

• Calculation of reaction stoichiometry.

• Handled the pressurized and exothermic reactions.

• Monitoring and guiding activities to engineer (Mechanical, Electrical &

Instrumentation).

• Safe working condition and compliance with safety legislation.

• Maintaining the batch record on BPCR.

• Maintaining the permit system.

• PSSR before any modification of process.

• Hands on experience on DCS operation of Yokogawa.

• Equipment Handled:

• Reactors, Separator, Filters, Heat Exchanger and Pumps.

• Process Handled:

• Process of manufacturing of Isoborneol.

• Process of manufacturing crude camphor.

• Chemical Handled:

• O-XyIene, Isobornyl Acetate, Isoborneol, Crude Camphor, Sodium Acetate & Copper Oxide.
