A PhD in climate science with expertise in different climate models, data analysis and study of various atmospheric processes using climate models. My research area primarily focuses on multiple aspects of precipitation and temperature climatology, with an emphasis on elevation-dependent variations in Northeast India. Experienced in applying high-resolution CORDEX-CORE Regional Climate Models and observational datasets to evaluate climatological trends, model performance, and uncertainties. Complemented modelling with community-based surveys to capture local perceptions of climate change and its impacts, integrating quantitative and qualitative insights to advance regional climate understanding and adaptation research.
