• Hands on Experience in Fiber Designing, Optical Networks.
• Creating CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing) Optical Rings, OTN Transport Facility.
• Fiber Build, Fiber Splicing worked on designs Including Ethernet as well as Optical Routers End(RE Port)
• Assigning FTP (Fiber Patch Panels), IONS inventory ( Media convertors & Wavelength Convertors, SFP's , Transport Links, Client Ports etc.
• Handling mails and provide support to Tech engineer over mail and chat whenever CV update( Design update) Required.
• Following up with Different teams Like FOC, Enhanced Design, Fiber Design, Transport Planning, NED, Transport Facility Design for getting required information.
• Designing New install, Disconnect, Hot cut , Cancel and Change Service over Circuit Vision tool.
• Tools Used in overall Process: VMware, FOX, Trace, Circuit Vision, Net cracker, SMA, Live port status, Blue Zone Session Manager.

• Handling Escalation and weekly on calls with clients to discuss process gaps and their bridge
• Place orders to Vendors (AT&T, Verizon, GTT, Comcast) as well as coordinated FOC(Firm order Confirmation) dates with other vendors
• Following up with different Vendors like Verizon ATT, Comcast, TWT
• Assign port/slot and equipped network element in network Architecture
• Ensuring perfect provisioning and creation of service request to telecom vendors
• Taking care of route cause analysis and proper escalation for all the orders which do not get completed in defined SLA
• Working in a Citrix based environment
• Understanding of network layer 2-3 protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS, GMPLS, ETHERNET, BGP, OSPF) and routers like Ciena, Juniper and Cisco
• Tools/Application worked: Protocol known LAN, VLAN, GMPLS, MPLS, DIA, EIGRP
• Hardware skills: Cisco routers, Cisco switches, correctly identify like NUA, VLAN ID, Access Bandwidth
• Tools used: Net cracker, BPM, UCM, CITRIX, WISOR, GUI
• Methods: followed sprint process for providing the best ethernet design and install, change to customers within the desired KPI.
• Provided on-call support for network engineering duties.
